Here is our first Club discussion. I'm wondering if we should do Play groups once a week? Or Daily? We could also do it maybe Every other day, or twice a week or something. Either way, we'll take turns, so everybody gets a turn. I have a list of all members, we'll go down the list so we'll know who's turn it is.
Which brings me to another question, should I post the list of members? Or keep it hidden? If you'd like for me to post it, would you like me to keep emails hidden?
Your input is needed for this group to run smoothly! Thanks

I think Play groups should be once a week, that gives people to see their petz after the last play group. I think you should keep a list of all the members, I would post the emails if there's a problem with a play group or something, they can email the person directly. I also think that we should have a board where we make threads such as Play Group #[insert number here] where they post pictures of the day and what they did.
Plus, I think that since we're taking turns doing play groups and shows, we should go up the list for shows, and down for play groups or vice versa so someone's not running a show and playgroup each week, and you don't have to wait as long for your turn.
One last thing, I think that if a pet accidentally has babies, we should have people foster the pups/kittens and use them as bait (lol) to get others to join the club as you said, and each pup/kitten could have their own thread where the fosterers post pictures and bios of each little pup/kitten.
Also, (lol, i guess my one last wasn't last!) I think you should make a co-admin/VP of the club to help run it since there's alot of members.
2nd to last, there should be a seperate group for P5ers so they can have play group also.
LAST, (I promise!) there should be two groups, where you could be a member of one or both, but two groups for dogz and catz, so if people don't have catz or don't have dogz, their petz could play with their own species.

I pretty much agree with jenn but I'd rather not have my e-mail posted here(or any website for that matter). Perhapse you could post the pkc username(if the member has one) or any other sites that they're on quite often.

Those are all great Ideas! Thank you very much for your imput! As for the play groups and shows, Everyone runs shows & contests each week. (I'll do another group discussion on the shows and contests). I love the idea of having a board where the person running the play group for that week can post pics of what's going on! I will try an get that up this week. I agree with the puppies / kittens thing, fostering and having their own page. That's kind of said on the Rescue page, but with a twist. Awesome ideas! I will think about having a co-admin, right now we only have: 6 members, plus me so all together 7. All the rest of the members joined a long time ago for something else I was running on this forum. Seperate Playgroups is a good idea, so maybe we'll have 3 play groups going each week or something? Thanks again for all your ideas!!! What does everybody else think? Anybody else have their own ideas?

Oh....I thought I was nuts, because I saw 45 members, lol! Anyways, since there's only 7, I don't think that a co-admin is necesary yet! I think that people with petz with extra files should have to send the file for the person.

Yeah, I wasn't sure everyone would appreciate their emails being posted. How about people who don't mind, let me know and people who do mind let me know, so I can do emails for people who don't mind and figure out another way of contact with the people who don't. Or we could just not post the members and you guys can contact me to get to that person...
I agree with the extra breed files, but they should send a link to where they can download it first. If that's not possible, then they can send them.

Yeah. I don't mind mine being posted, go ahead. Ok, I think that we should have a Group AIM chat once a week or so to talk about our petz and raising them, and not everyone would have to participate. I think AIM would be best since most people have it, and you can get one free without having to download/install anything from Meebo, by searching for meebo on google, clicking it and then clicking sign up for AIM, it's totally free.

Yes, I agree we should do an actual chat thing. Aim would be fine for me.
Another discussion we need to go over are the shows. Do you think we should do the shows judged weekly, daily? Base them off the entries, or just have everyone enter and then judge? Also, if you have any ideas for contests we can all hold, please go post them in the Contests thread. Please number them. Oh, that brings me to another question.
For the contests, do you guys want to Pick which one you want to do for that week, or should we draw numbers and which ever number you get you do that contest?
Please post your opinions on all discussions! They are greatly needed for this to go well! I am hoping to start all the fun stuff next week.

Oh, just remembered 1 other thing. Do you think we should raise the limit of petz from 5 to 10 or keep it the same?
