It's that time of year, folks!
Thor and I were chatting about baking, and I thought we should have a spot to swap our fave recipes! So leave one or two (or more!) of your personal favourite Christmas Cookie recipes here so we all can enjoy the deliciousness! Feel free to leave a pic or rewrite it, whichever you prefer. You can also share pics of your cookie platters if you want!
Have other holiday recipes you'd like to share? Go ahead and share recipes for your fave squares, cakes, pies, anything! So long as they leave us in that festive mood (and 5 pounds heavier LOL)
Let's bake up a storm, DG!

PSA: you can freeze cookie dough as little balls and then take only 1 or 2 out at a time and bake them (putting a couple extra minutes to the cooking time). Now you can have cookies any time.

Alright finally I got to this! These cookies are my favorite and aren't too difficult to make <3 www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/chocolate-white-chocolate-chunk-cookies-recipe3-1914857I really quite enjoy this recipe as the cookies are gooey and delicious and best eaten warm. I also love chocolate and white chocolate: this recipe combines them both! Here are my high-quality photos of my latest batch! (Mmmm I def wanna eat them after seeing these photos) Notes: - The butter at room temperature thing is KEY! - This makes about 50 cookies, but you can freeze them as cookie dough balls to enjoy them whenever (the recipe does half nicely). - Don't cook them too much! They get really hard. - They harden quite a bit as they cool, which is why I only make a few at a time and freeze the rest. I keep them frozen as cookie balls and just take the ones I want out to enjoy!
