Hey hey, I'm here to get some real life chores done! I really want and need to get into a better routine and make things a priority for my health and cleanliness goals! I don't exactly have a bunch of goals in mind yet, so I think I will update with new posts for each new task/goal that I want to achieve.
Task 1
Task: Juice Fast! How Often: daily How Long Does it Take: 2hrs (food prep and cleanup) How Hard (1-10): 8
As of today I'm on day 12 of my juice fast and it ain't easy! I feel so energized and so clean on the inside so my goal is to juice for 60 days. This idea is from the fabulous documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead in case you wanna know more about this crazy journey. Why not earn some points while I do it, too?! Also, I barely fit into my winter coat last year which sucked, and now I fit back into it! Plus I fit into a new coat I bought at the end of last winter on sale; it's a bit snug but I can do it up so that counts!!!!

Task 2
Task: Walking How Often: daily How Long Does it Take: My goal is 10,000+ steps a day, so 2-3ish hours? How Hard (1-10): 7.5
I really enjoy walking, and I've been getting out at least 2 times a day for the past two weeks. I'm really happy with what I'm doing, but I want to up my exercise and keep myself moving. I also plan on skating this winter because I have a pretty new pair of hockey skates and I love it! Falling and getting up suuuccckksss though, but it's worth it lol.
