Alright, so here are some chores that I really need to complete in order to be healthy-- both mentally and physically.
Drink at least 60 oz (or 8 cups or 3 water bottles) of water during the day Floss teeth every night before bed Be at least 1 week advanced prepared for work Inktober each day (or at least what's left of October ehehe) Weekend basic cleaning of house Simple 20 minute exercises like sit-ups and push-ups and squats 5 to 3 times a week

So week 1 of this went..... pretty awful.
At some point in the week, I was so dehydrated my kidneys hurt. That awful feeling did motivate me to drink more water though. So yesterday I drank a great amount of water! Go me.
I flossed my teeth once and didn't manage to complete any other tasks ToT this is so hard when stressed. Ah well, new week, new tries!

This past week was not great.... I did remember to drink more water (I think?) And I did floss (once...). UGH work!!!! GRRRR why can't I just ever be prepared for work >:(
I am keeping my house sorta clear but failed this weekend ToT on to the next week I guess....
