Day 1What's this? A mewing at my door. Let's check it out.
A kitten! She's all alone, and is very terrified, the poor thing.
Come on in, sweetie.
She's taking a very long time to adjust, oh dear, looks
like she's been very neglected. I will just have to be
patient and wait for her to calm down a bit.
Maybe I will try to feed her. I'm sure she's starving. Hmm,
looks like she has never seen a food bowl in her life.
She's really unsure what to do with the food. Perhaps
we'll have better luck with giving her treats.
Success! Looks like she's got hunting instincts.
And she's learned where the treats are coming from!
We'll try the food bowl again. Yes! Now she's eating like a champ.
Easy does it, sweetie, there will be more where that came from.
Time to find something for you to play with. C'mon,
you don't have to hide up there on that chair.
All the good stuff is down here!
Aww, I'm so happy you've found some things to play with,
albeit some things are a tad unconventional.
Oh my, you've finally come over to me for some pets.
I'm happy to oblige, and it looks like you're thoroughly
enjoying yourself.
Whoops, here comes Peach Beach!
Maybe we can find you a friend?
I guess you're both a bit awkward in social situations.
Oh dear, sweetie, you're not ready to share your new
home yet, are you?
Looks like no friends were made today.
At least now you're happy and safe.
We'll see if we can bond even more.
Let's take a look at how we did today. When you
arrived you were at 60 neglect, oh my. Today we
filled your belly and tired you out a bit. Sleep well <3
