Day 9: With My Mom ♡  If you've been following Bentley II's story since Day 1, then you'll know he was specially bred for me by Salem. He does have Bentley I way back in his lineage (which is sooo amazing, eee) but it appears from his family tree she did a ton of quick, selective breeding to (amazingly) breed a Bentley I look-alike for me! So due to this, I highly doubt that Salem held onto his mom, "final5" haha ^^;; I decided for today's playdate, Bentley II would meet Bentley I's mom! It's actually his ( very) great-great-great-etc-grandmother xD Her name is Amenity and she is a dali mixie gifted to me by Lizzzy!  I have honestly been really looking forward to today's playdate because I had planned on doing this since Day 1. I thought it would be so cute for them to finally meet! And so the initial bark introduction began...  Well, things moved very quickly after that introduction. Bentley proceeded to wipe his butt across the floor and Amenity just about LOST IT! She began growling and yapping at him. She was having none of his annoying behaviour!!!    Eep, I felt terrible for poor Bentley. He was really scared of her. But then, when she calmed down... I kid you not... he wiped his butt loudly across the floor for a second time AND SHE LOST IT AGAIN! There was no hope for this relationship, sigh.   Things became too heated for me and I felt terrible about it all so I put Amenity back in the kennel. And then...  HE MISSED HER?! LOL-- HOW, BENTLEY? HOW. The poor thing must've been so shook up that he was also suffering confusion, bahah.    Anyway, I quickly spoiled him with food, treats, and fetch with his favorite toy ball ♡ |

God I laughed so hard. I can't believe she hates how ruuude he is hahaha. I find it hilarious when petz hate other petz for reasons that I can almost guess/see.
His greatx grandma thinks he's being RUUUDE 🤣

10. A Show Pose!
Bentley LOVES to pose! I can see a very promising show career in his future ^^ Just look at his profile pose! I was so impressed by it ♡
11. Thirsty!
I took Bentley to the Snow Scene for the first time and he loved it there! Lots of fun riding the sled and he enjoyed drinking the hot soup, hehee.

13. BORED
When he's bored, he always drags his butt across the floor VERY LOUDLY xD (Thankfully Amenity wasn't there this time, bahaha)
14. Dinner Time
I thought it would be nice to introduce Bentley to a new type of food this time for dinner! We went to the kitchen and I let him sniff the leftovers. He was curious, of course... but even though his PetzA sliders said he was very hungry he did not want to eat it. He did, however, carry it around in his mouth for a while xD;; Ah well, back to his favorite blue food bowl and kibble!
15. Found A Crab!
This shot was taken about 1 minute before Bentley tried to bury poor Mr. Crab alive... heh ^^;;

Bentley is a legend ^_^ It makes me happy that Salem was able to reincarnate Bentley into his descendant for you <3 It sounds like he has some serious potential as a show-dog having not inherited his ancient ancestor's un-posiness. I just love the Photo-a-day challenge thing and I need to start participating  |

16. Making A Friend
Bentley only hung out with Huxley once before, so I thought it would be fun for them to have another playdate together. Unfortunately I haven't played with Hux as much as I would've liked to, so Bentley has grown up considerably in comparison xD;;
I was thrilled to see them tossing the star ball back and forth again, just like they did they first time they met <3

18. Holding A Ball
I recently discovered that Bentley's favorite color is YELLOW! He is picky about clothing, but he loves ALL the yellow clothing and accessories. He also absolutely loves the yellow star ball and also the tennis ball! I think it's so cool that one of the developers mentioned that petz have their own unique favorite colors. Such a fun feature!! ^^
19. With A Butterfly
Honestly, I just had to bring back the butterfly hat photo for this one! I edited it to make it a little cuter and more special this time tho, hehe. Pls enjoy <3

22. Hoop jump! This was the first time Bentley was introduced to and jumped through the hoop. He really enjoyed it! 23. Saw a mouse I spent over 30 minutes trying to get Bentley to interact with the mice and HE. WOULD. NOT. He immediately gobbled up any cheese I put out for them and completely ignored the mice every single time they came out of their hole. So due to this, I'm sharing a throwback photo from Day 1 when Bentley was just a lil pup who was still curious and interested in the mice xD 24. Getting groomed Hehehe, he lovessss a good grooming session ♡ 25. Beach ball! *poke*
26. Music box Not a fan of the music box it seems xD;; 27. Feeling happy He is, however, a HUGE fan of his yellow star ball. It's still his favorite toy! Nothing makes him happier than playing fetch with it ♡ 28. Wearing a crown He loves EVERYTHING yellow, including the crown~ 29. Cozy Naps by the fire in his favorite bed~ 30. Found a shell!
