Part 2:
Designing the HuntOn July 12th, using Private Messaging feature on either Proboards (1) or Discord (2) to come up with 10 items/clues/hints found across all the websites for the other teams to try and find. Be creative, but reasonable. You can modify your website to make something specific to find for this (but you don't have to modify your website at all to participate). If multiple things fit the item that you described, that's okay! As long as there is *something* that fits the hunted for item on any of the websites belonging to your team members. Your team will decide which answers are acceptable based on what the opposing teams find.
Please finalize and post your Team's Scavenger Hunt list on July 26th!
Pick one member of your team to reply to this thread with the Scavenger Hunt items. This member will be the contact point for part 3.
When you create the private group message, be sure to include every member of your team, while also make sure that other team members aren't included (keep it a secret from other teams!).
See examples below for how to make a private group message on:
1. Duke's Group Forums Proboards Group Private Message Example
Click Messages at the top, Click Create Message on the right, Use the Recipients list and search for each member to add
2. Discord New Group DM (Direct Message) Example
Click on the icon at the top to view your Friends and then click the icon New Group DM
ExampleLet's go through an example of how this Scavenger hunt
could look.
Let's say Team A has the following websites (using websites from
sexpotlida and
salem in this example) for their team:
lida.rainbow-muffin.org/slayemsalem.wixsite.com/moseisleyAnd let's say Team A wrote the following 3 clues for Team B to find on the Team A websites:
1) Something you wear to protect others from getting sick
2) A pet that has earned at least 10 ribbons
3) ;BULLshit
Team B might respond with the following items they found that match those clues:
1)
2)
Attachment Deletedwith clue #2, there might be multiple items that match one clue and that's OK!
3)
Let me know if this makes sense?
FAQ-
What "items" are people supposed to find? It could be anything-- a pet on your crew, a download, a stamp, an image. Honestly, feel free to get creative!

Do I have to hide something on my site? There's no obligation that you specifically modify/edit your website for this event. Feel free to use what you've got already there if you want.
