For October, I thought it would be cute to raise a couple of autumn-themed petz together ♡
The first one, of course, being my Autumnal Cremelo: Harvest!
She has a really sweet and playful personality. I'm really excited to get to know her better!
(PS. If you aren't familiar with Cremelos, you can check out my new site: cremelo.funfetti.net)
I was hoping to be able to raise her alongside of the gorgeous Foxshie I adopted from Megan@Xoops ❄️ : Haze!
He's so precious with his Oshie personality! Megan did such a fantastic job on these Foxshies. I'm in love with Haze's coloring and textures. Again, another perfect pet to raise during Autumn ♡
So now it just comes down to - will they get along?!
I had high hopes for their first meeting. I was a little worried they'd hate each other...
Thankfully that was not the case! They loved playfully tackling each other and rolling around on the ground together. Harvest especially like licking him, haha. Mmm Foxshies are tasty. Maybe I should have fed her beforehand xD;
Then I introduced them to their very first toy: the star ball! I chose this one because it was Bentley's favorite and he has convinced me that everyone must love the great star ball. Unfortunately neither of them seemed as obsessed with this ball as Bentley is, haha. They did enjoy smacking it around and chasing after it together for a little while though. Haze was actually a little more interested in it than Harvest! I was a bit surprised by this.
All was well until Haze decided to hop up onto the chair in the Toy Closet. It was at that moment, Harvest lost her mind and decided she hated Haze and needed to bark at him as much and as loudly as possible.
I wish I had more photos or a GIF of this moment, but admittedly I was panicking over how quickly their relationship took a turn for the worst. Eeek!
I tried to assure Harvest that she, too, could go up on the chair whenever she wanted... but she wouldn't listen to me, lol. So I decided they both needed to be removed from the situation and go on a little trip together to a place where no ledges exist - the beach.
Harvest calmed down once we got to the beach and began to have the time of her life here. She absolutely loved running around and feeling the sand under her paws. Ahhh yes, the beach life. She could live here easily. There was many new and interesting objects washing ashore that constantly piqued her curiosity!
Haze, on the other hand... well.. I'll let you see for yourself:
I don't know if it was the loud sounds of the crashing waves, the fact that the shells seemed to have surprise legs pop out of them, or the eerie bones of dead fish washing ashore... but Haze was not having this place. He ran around panicking non-stop the whole time. Harvest even brought the fishbones up to him and nudged it towards him with her nose. He starred at it for a few moments and then lost his mind again xD;;
And so ends our first day together. I think I'm really going to need to find some cute, calming, downloadable playscenes that don't have ledges for Haze to jump up on. Bonus if they were fall themed! Does anyone have any suggestions? Please let me know if you do ^^
