When I first joined this group, I had no idea what petz I would raise naturally. I ended up choosing Cedric, a Harlequin Wolf, and Merlot (formerly known as Gush) who I adopted from Litterz Factory. Here they are pictured below:

They are pictured as young adults, on the first day their status changed from 'puppy' to 'adult' according to their profiles. Unfortunately I didn't think to catalogue their puppyhood on here, but you live and learn I guess! From the very start they became the best of friends. They are constantly playing with each other, to the point I have to bring them out one-at-a-time to feed them or else they seem like they'll never actually eat! They also love to play with the tug toy together, and toss their rawhide bone from nose-to-nose back and forth like two seals.
I'm hoping that eventually they will be bonded enough to naturally produce some pups if they choose to do so. I can't imagine what they will look like if that happens but that's half the fun of it, for me anyways...
Today I decided to breed my SGCh (from RKC) Aussie female Amelia to my SGCh tamsin male Biscuit just to see what the pup would look like. After the breeding I decided to put Amelia in with the naturally raised pair, at least until the pup is fully weaned and on it's own. Turns out it wasn't the best idea.

Within seconds Amelia was extremely angry with Merlot. She was extremely playful towards Cedric, spinning and hopping on her front end to solicit him to play. While she was doing that I guess I made the mistake of petting Merlot while Amelia was paying attention because it was immediately after that when Amelia started glaring and growling at poor Merlot. Of course Merlot took off running around in terror. Merlot is a sweetheart and was completely intimidated by this older, pregnant female acting so angrily towards her! I felt bad for Merlot so, after trying to supervise them I ended up having to kennel Amelia while Cedric and Merlot were out. I will have to just divide the time so that Amelia and Cedric can interact without Merlot in the picture, for her own sake.
