Oh look. Another very flattering pic where everyone looks dignified.
Hunny Bee turned her back for a couple of seconds to get a plushie, turned back, and Daisy had decided she wanted
that pillow.
Oh yes, why don't you all squeeze together on it? That'll be the most comfortable, undisturbed sleep you've experienced ever.
TinTin and Tim are the hungriest Meezers I've had. The ones I had in my first crew sometimes went days without eating, and I was happy if they nibbled at the food. These two peanuts can munch down a 3/4 bowl each. That's more than most of my adult cats can fit in their bellies at once.
Wow, Trinnie was so much smaller just a couple of days ago. I think this is from Thursday.
The youngest petz went to the beach for a play group. (OK, it's the South Seas, because no waves, but it's
a beach.) Charlie found a letter in a bottle that he was sure was from a shipwrecked pirate crew, but it was just some daft "Have a nice day!" type message. He was v dissapoint.
Storm and Reika have fit in well with their new friends. They're both pretty mellow, it probably comes with being basically Danes.
I sent this picture to a friend, with the caption "I love this crazy little thing!" Charlie is so much fun.
Jack's brattiness is better some days, but this was a rather bad one with him. He doesn't like Tim.
The kids started falling asleep, and I thought they'd better get back to the house.
I'm not completely sure if this was when it happened, or if it was earlier the same day, but Jack managed to get into two fights within ten seconds. First he jumped on Tim. I tried to grab Jack to stop the fight, but I grabbed Tim instead, so I just put him in the carrier. Jack was already fighting with Charlie by the time the door closed.
Nothing too noteworthy happened at the older dogs' trip to the beach. They had fun and got tired.
The cats also behave themselves when they're out as a group. Even Daisy stays out of fights. How did both of my Calis become such controversial characters? They're supposed to be nice!
Despite Jack's antics and Charlie's regularly scheduled freak-outs, (or maybe because of it) this is a very fun group to take out together. Jack seems to get along well with Storm, and Charlie seems to be friends with Reika. Oh yeah, both Reika and Storm are
so skinny. They're only heads and legs!
This picture has no other purpose than
Tim being cute documenting Tim's size on his second day. He's noticeably bigger today, as you'll see. The pics from tonight will probably be up tomorrow. A lot has happened!
Jack was very happy when Tim was put in the door.
The more Akini grows, the bigger her legs-to-body ratio gets!
Speaking of legs, Trinnie seems to have 25% more joints than average.
The remote cars are almost as popular as the auto-rolling balls. I wish there was a toy that kept flying indefinitely too. Does something like that exist as a custom hexed toy, anyone know?
I like how the car also functions as an automatic pulling toy, because Trinnie's got problems getting peeps to play tug with her some times.
Trinne had a weird glitch where she was standing completely still, moving only her eyes. At first I thought she was giving someone side-eyes, but then her eyes started rolling around in her head sometimes independently. She was fine after I moved her. x)
Sometimes my desktop backgrounds (a slideshow) provide really neat surroundings for taking pictures.
I like how it looks like his legs are partially hidden by the grass!
Tim refused to sit nicely on the platform, but I got this neat "action shot" of him leaping off it.
TinTin stood on the thatched roof and gazed at the stars.
These are the last of yesterday's pictures, the rest are from today.
"I can't eat while that big fox person is staring at me. It makes me feel awkward."
Baines is starting to get big now, and he's constantly hungry. He can polish off two bowls of food twice a day, and he still reverts to being 0% fat when he goes out to play. It must be puberty!
Akini has also gotten bigger over just the past couple of days. She's 75% grown now, IIRC.
Charlie fell asleep after the play session, and Storm walked over and just picked him up like a plushie. Then he put him down in another spot and used him as a pillow. Unfortunately this ended with Charlie waking up and spazzing out something incredible.
So, today I went and got Petz 4! I completely fell for Kay's little fox catz, and wanted them. They're P4 only, so I went looking for abandonware and I found.
The grey one's Cilla, and the white and brown Birdie. Both are female.
I wanted them to have some friends, and I wanted to get opposite-gender versions of the original Tabby and Oshie before I put in breeding overwrites. This Tabby's a boy, his name's Jasper. I feel like I remember that being the name of a Tabby from my first crew. Also, he may very well just have been named Tiger, because me and names, etc. The female Oshie's name is Ricka. She reminded me of this Sim girl I had in TS3, whose name was Erica, and who always looked sad. She wore orange a lot. (I need to reinstall TS3, I miss it.)
P4 catz really are better hunters!
I also went and got a bunch of Bunnies. The brown and white one you can barely even see is Penny. Then there's Pete - cream and white, Mickey - black and white, and Well-darn-I-forget who's red and white.
You can see Penny a little better here. The Bunnies were kinda frustrating. They didn't want to eat, they didn't want to be brushed or petted, and they didn't really want to play. Now they're "on vacation," but they'll probably be back later. I don't have any very specific plans for how to use the two games in combination yet, but I want to have some pigz and other animals like hamsters in Petz 4. Oh yes, and a few more foxes, of course. Moderation, did I say? He he he he hee heeee
heeeeeee....
