The first rule of Fight Club....
IS THAT WE FIGHT.
Charlie wasn't sure what to think of the new girls. They didn't look like cryptids, but he knows looks can often be deciving when it comes to the fortean. D:
Meanwhile, the puppies were growing, and we got them freed from the nursery.
Refresher on who is who: The white one with brown ears is Ellie, the only girl. Alfie, painted cream, is her identical twin brother. The spotted one is Cole.
Akini wasn't sure this was what she thought she'd signed up for. She was getting very hangry, because even on desktop the food dishes were scooting away from her.
Over in Petz 4, Mattias discovered that he actually likes some dogs, as long as they're small and not bulldozers.
I recently found out that the foxes were made with the Siamese as the base, not the Orange Shorthair, which explains why they'll only eat some types of treats. Matt and Birdie only like fish crackers, Nickolas only eats chicken nuggets, and Cilla refuses to try any of them.
Jasper and Ricka, the two "normal" cats, (As if cats can be normal?!) have been getting a bit more on-their-own time, since they seen to have chemistry. Ricka acts like she's a fox at this point, but I don't think I want her to have half-fox kittens. The creator of the breed has asked on her site that people don't distribute fox-cat mixes. I don't know if that's changed after she succeeded in creating a breedfile, but I don't want to commit a faux-pas. It better if Ricka has regular kittens with Jasper.
Nap time madness.
I.... think Jasper can see you.
Birdie, the little diva, posed for a photo-op with autumn flowers.
The auto-rolling mouse is the greatest fad since fidget spinners. (I still have mine, BTW! [fishes spinner from behind monitor]) For a moment I thought Whitney were hunting them with a long, sticky chameleon tongue, but that's actually a mouse's tail on closer inspection. x)
"Didn't y'all remember to sleep before we left?"
Casey's grown into quite a handsome boy, I have to say. I had no idea how large this breed got. Casey and Riona look like they're bigger than Baines now, and they're not even fully grown. I love how huge they are, but now I'm second guessing which other breeds they'll have well-proportioned puppies with.
I don't think the Admiral felt welcome.
The utter joy and unicorn sprinkles continued. First it was Parsnip versus brother Percy.
Then it was Parsnip versus Jack.
Charlie got very sad when Parsnip had to leave. He actually likes the terror fluffball.
Then he took it out on Oliver.
Jack versus Parsnip II: The Revenge of Jack.
This was when TigerAnne read Gyiyg's tutorial on how to fix relationships, because this was getting ridic. Thank you so much gyiyg , it saved my sanity!
By now the Petz 4 gang seemed like angels in comparison.
I figured the dog pack could have a couple more members. Thread, meet Darcy (left) and Audrey. Both of them are Rottweilers, and both are female. Audrey is the APCK file, and Darcy is Cirrutopia's OW. I'm not planning on breeding Darcy. Audrey, yes, possibly.
Look at such fierce and dangeroo.
This whole gang seems to think that beaches are for suntanning on, not for running around chasing fake UFOs. They're a sensible lot.
The Fivers were feeling more energetic.
Look at them cloud-gazing together. If they were Sims, I'd be worried about them right then!
I'm trying to pay more attention to Tobie. Poor pupper, growing up in all that chaos!
How will they all turn out well adjusted? I have no idea!
Willfred was figuring out the "Dad" thing.
Akini wondered when she'd develop the third eye in her neck. Her front ones were getting strained from rolling so much.
Ooh, nice family moment! It probably lasted a second.
They were so small! It's been a while by now, obviously.
The whole family went to the beach with Tobie and Malika.
I think they had fun?
Back with the catz, Meredith fought Jack.
Then she fought Charlie.
But look who like each other. I wonder what Whitney x Charlie kittens would look like!
Daisy still exists, in all the confusion.
This didn't come out as great as I'd hoped, but you can probably tell that they're dancing? The pig had been around, taking up a lot of space and treating the catz like they were bowling pins. I sent him away with PetzA, and a spontaneous dance number broke out. It was hilarious! I think I failed to take a screenshot sooner, because I was laughing. There were something like seven catz out, and none of them were sad to see him go, although two were just neutral.
Daisy was sad because Whitney left, I think. It's been a couple of weeks(!) since I took these, but I remember discovering that Whitney and Daisy are peas and carrots. (Meredith and Daisy weren't. Are you surprised?)
Then the sight of Oliver got too offensive for Parsnip. (Who did not fit in "the stew" either, might I add.)
Nap time was full of mixed emotions.
S A N I T Y
Accidental pic of Oliver ambushing a herd of snacks.
And Reika being elegance itself.
"I love the taste of my enemies' bones."
The 4'er dogz had another beach day. Riona and Casey have more or less adopted all the puppies. They'll make great parents, I think!
The Fox and Hound (well, Collie) friendship between Brody and Mattias is actually very cute. Matt got so sad when Brody left.
And Akini finally managed to find a bowl that would let her eat from it. They had dinner in a rustic cafe with lots of straw on the floor, with some gigantic fennec foxes.
"What's in this kibble?!"
And that's a wrap! Tune in next time to see if Akini will have to parent giant pups!
