Okay okay I know it's been a while since I posted here last! I've been kind of distracted by organizing my crew as well as the fall events that were going on last month. I have a few things that are from like... a month or two ago I will cover first and then there were some more recent things I wanted to mention.
So, the last thing I remember in Petz 5 was that I did have the gen 1s have a second litter each. For some reason Crumpet and Mr. B Shakes' litter was born first.
A healthy litter of four bouncing baby boys!!!! WH- I couldn't remember what I named them, but I had to open P5 again anyway to take pictures of Muffet's kitten (because apparently I never did that??) so their names were Inky, Blinky, Pinky and Clyde, apparently. Anyway from this picture I think I might have wanted to keep the last boy, because he looks cute. The others might be adopted out or something later.
Family picture with Crumpet staring into your soul, and Mr. B unsure about the nightlight.
And... I think I forgot to take a picture of Muffet and Marty's second litter birth certificate again?? Because it's not in my screencaps folder. But they had only one kitten again lol. (Do certain petz tend to have certain sizes of litters, or is it random?)
The kitten's name was Tuffet, I don't know how to check the gender of the kitten, but I think it's a girl?
Anyway so I will be keeping these two, Skawn and Liming, from Crumpet and Mr. B's first litter:
And then whether I keep Monty or Tuffet I'm not sure yet. If Tuffet is a girl, then if I keep her I'll breed her with Skawn, if I keep Monty then I'll breed him with Liming. (And if Tuffet actually is a boy, then either or I'll breed with Liming, and I'll base it on whether either of them have interesting mutations... as far as I remember, though, Monty doesn't actually carry the green eyes, so it's just a fluke. bleh)
good.
He wants to be just like his dad!!!
Anyway in Petz 4 I was raising some other Petz, some of which showed up during the fall festival event but I don't really have any screencaps of them besides for those things.
I do have this though. I started raising Bartleboy (Lauren and Vinny's kitten which is mentioned in an earlier post here). I did, however, brex his textures so that you can actually see the stripes. I didn't really like how pale the other stripes were against the Dusty, and I think this set looks a lot nicer.
They say if you look too far into your brain your eyes will merge into one.
omg Bartleboy!! What's with all the hairballs! (I overwrote the hairball in my game with this cotton candy ball that squeaks. Although I turned off the sounds in my game so that doesn't even matter anymore).
He was just... spamming hairballs. I don't know if I pet him right after or like, if he ate one of the cotton candies after (because they're edible and taste sweet lol) and that somehow trained him (I don't think they work the same as most treats but idk?). I've seen someone else post that you can train catz to spam hairballs, though.
Also, the dog running behind him is Flash. He's the son of Flurry and Splash, and Button's brother (Button you can see in an older post here). He was born quite a while ago and I didn't get around to raising him until now.
I took out two unraised petz from my nursery storage folder, Lyrical the Great Dane mixie (from Shaina @ Kizmet) and Tiff the Oshie mixie with a Maine Coon SCP (from gyiyg), both I adopted some months ago.
Tiff really likes playing fetch! She especially liked this aqua yarn ball, even when there was an auto roller in the background.
I feel like these images should sum up Lyrical pretty well...
(And that first one... I swear there was no catnip in the vicinity. And she doesn't have a Mutt SCP... so I don't know why her eyelids were going crooked haha, they were like that for a while)
