Deven Goes Trick or Treating!

Emmer: I was going to do something else, but...life happened so this is what I've decided on, I hope you all enjoy!

Greeting and Salutations, everyone!  My name is Deven and I'm here because Emmer has been so busy and then they got really sick and...well life has been hectic.  They promised we could go trick or treating but I just don't know if that is going to happen.  So we came up with a new plan and I'm here to tell you allll about it.  Okay? Okay!

Here's the plan, Emmer will send me to one of YOU, you can dress me in a costume, feed me lots of treats, play fun games, take pictures, etc. then pass me on to the next person.  Then post pictures of my adventures at your place here - bonus points if you make a little something (stamp, graphic, edited pic, collage, etc.) to pass on to everyone else!

Try not to keep me more than a few days, if you know you won't be able to play with me in the next few days, feel free to skip and drop to the end of the list and I'll come back to your house later when the candy is ready!  After I've been to everyone's house for some fun, I'll head back to Emmer's and they will have some special goodies to send out to everyone who has participated!

Ahhhh! That's awesome! I literally laughed out loud when he put the princess hat on top of the lion mane - and then the pants on top? Perfect!  And of course the stamp is perfect for his little adventure!  Thanks so much!

Had a lot of fun with Deven! And caught some pics of his time with me!

First I thought it would be fun to introduce him to my other two hounds - Apropos and Cell. Deven got a little crown to celebrate his status as a special guest, as well!





I took the three of them outside to play, with some toys, a leaf pile, and a whole bunch of treats.

I think there was something weird in the pumpkin that Deven kept eating, though...



...yeah, definitely something weird. Here, Cell and Apropos are one big pile of sleepy puppies, and Deven is...well, doing whatever that is.



After letting those three spend some time together, I decided to introduce him to the other petz in my Dane profile, too, to see if there was anyone he really clicked with, since he was cordial with the hounds but didn't end up considering either a friend. This continued with every pet in the profile except for one - Katie!



She's shaped a bit like a potato, but Deven didn't judge a bit, and they ended up as fast friends (it was at this point I also realized Deven still had his singular sock on lol)! In hindsight, I'm almost grateful he didn't end up too friendly with anyone, since nobody was fixed and I wasn't really in the market for surprise puppies!

...also, I gave Deven a bath -



This was a blast, and the now extra-clean boi has been sent along to the next person! Minus one sock, too!
