I uh, would have done this yesterday, but I had to go to the ER instead. I'm feeling fine now, but I missed Kiki and the others. But now I get to introduce her to everyone!
First is Cayenne, also bred by Tea and the reason she knows what I like in a cat. I wonder if they're related. Anyway ...
I'm sorta surprised they got along this well! No offense to Cayenne. He was very gentle with her, and seemed happy to see her whenever they interacted (he only has angry eyes in that one picture because he didn't want me taking pictures). Kiki, meanwhile, would bounce up and down with excitement a lot when they interacted. Birds of a feather I suppose!
Will she have the same luck with GT? Let's find out! I like to think she's likeable, but I'm so so so biased.
Well, alright. They didn't really interact, as you can tell from the two whole pictures I have. They were relatively friendly, but GT would glare at her from a distance- though that may just be his meezer personality.
Next, Ianto! Another kitten, which is nice, but he's a scaredy cat (literally), so we'll see how this goes. It's not like Kiki is particularly scary, though- I'm more worried about Cayenne.
Oddly enough, Ianto seemed a lot less scared of Kiki than the other way around. He was perfectly friendly with her, but Kiki seemed a bit wary around him sometimes, which is sorta sad. I'm sure she'll get used to him, though- it's not like he gave her any reason to be that way. I put Ianto away soon, though, since Kiki didn't seem to be having a good time, hence the dearth of pics.
Peridot, I guess, might fare better, since he's ... not Ianto, I guess. I dunno. We'll see. Gimme a few minutes...
Peri was interested enough in Kiki (this was not reciprocated), though not super kind. I guess it was playfighting, though- they didn't hiss any, and Kiki didn't seem too ruffled. Could be better, could be a whole lot worse. I wish she had more friends, though! Poor Kiki.
Kiki's not going to be able to have any fun with Zama, since her clone kitten was born today, but luckily, Pianoforte's isn't due until tomorrow, so they get to hang out. (The adults, uh ... hmm. Well, I'll be neutering them soon.)
AHA! She and Kiki got along super well! Granted, Piano was a bit more interested than Kiki ...
... But hey, a win's a win. I'm sure she'll get to love her in time!
Jimmy (full name St. Jimmy, if you were wondering about the order) is next. He should be pretty agreeable, since he's an RB.
He was pretty scared of her, actually, and for a good reason- she was fine at first, but eventually she was all glares when she was paying attention to him at all. She even hissed at him once, which I didn't get a picture of, and she was thrilled when I put him away.
You win some, you lose some.
Like I said, Zama isn't going to be interesting company right now, so that's a wrap (for now) for Kiki's introduction to the rest of Flowsnake! Thanks for reading
