My boy Davidson, or David was adopted on October 20 2007 and so far he's been a joy. The only time he gets into fights is when Patches pushes it too far. He's very smart and has a giant list of tricks. Even with how much Patches bullies David, when ever I put Patches away he acts sad. He's a great poser so hopefully he'll do good in the PKC conformation ring. His show name is SND's Gentle Giant.
David performing the trick sit at 12 on his first day.
David at 15 on his second day.
This one just looks funny.
First one is at age 12 and last two are at age 15. He learned how to do this trick fairly fast.
In his Hollowe-en costume. He's not a lion at all, the costume more symbolizes "Gentle Giant".
At age 21. I really like his expression in this one.
At age 27. The first one is before his neuter and the last one is after. The white is the bandage around his butt(not really, it's just white shorts).
I took my boys to the wild west and they found a turtle but they were pretty suspicious of it. It was at age 27, before his neuter.
You've probably already seen this in my post about Patches, but here it is again. David's markings are in blue.
Tricks:
*Sit:bone down
*Down:steak down
*Come:hand
*Heel:whistle and forward
*Bring ball to hand:bone over ball.
*Bring frisbee to hand:bone over frisbee.
*Balance on ball:steak over ball.
*Jump with ball:chicken over ball
*Lay down and curl up:chicken down
*Left slide:chicken left
*Sideways roll left:steak left
*Left jump:bone left
That's all, but be sure to see more about both of my boys.
