Thanks guys I'm trying to think of different things I can do with her and show her.

Yesterday I was practicing Quail's trick with her. As you can see I can ask her to wave and it's the first trick she's learned, she's on her way to learning some more tricks I'm impressed with her learning a trick this young, it only took a few times and she remembered it. yay! maybe tricks are her talent


Also I picked out her collar yesterday, so I suppose I should let her pick out her own. Until recently I had no idea you could let them play with the auto ball and they would dress themselves, how neat!

I've laid out lots of collars as well as some bandannas to see which she will pick

First she pounced on the auto ball a few times, but then realized she could pick out some clothes!

Well what do you know, she picked the bandanna! I had thought it was too ruff and tumble for her (Get it? ruff and tumble?)
but apparently it's her style, perhaps I'll give her the option to dress up everyday and see what cool style she chooses.
She sports the lovely red bandanna that makes her look like a cowgirl as well as a traditional black and white collar.

I brushed her with a nice blue comb, she enjoyed the attention. Then I tried clipping her nails and she tolerated it but felt kinda funny about it, she was almost afraid
Quail: what are you doing? Don't cut my bones!
MsWildiful: I'm not cutting your bones, its ok, I'll give you a treat!

Quail: uh, ok! Yay. Humans are weird but nice? you confuzzle me! confuse and puzzle!

MsWildiful: You'll understand someday

She really likes chasing the auto ball, and pouncing on it, the frisky lass. She's quite energetic. Like a happy fun ball bursting with solar energy. She'd probably enjoy a companion to play with, maybe someday.

And Quail, what the heck are you doing? Licking the bloody sliver bowl! do you like the taste of metal or something? lol

Yay, Quail likes jumping through the golden hoop! Jolly good show Quail! although she still look quite frightened of it, but

she volunteers to do it so being scared is fun! Just like with people I guess, people go to haunted houses, maybe she's trying to be more brave!

Quail: Dog food? My word, I wouldn't touch that atrocity

Quail: That's more like it, nom nom. Jeez, I sure hope there are no cows watching me devour their brethren..

Quail can get paranoid at times xD

Quail: A bowl of fish! it's good to try new things.

MsWildiful: Yes, she's going to try fish! I hope she likes eating fish like I do...
Quail: Fishy goodness! Oh my cod, I would krill for this meal, it's out of this tunaverse!

MsWildiful: Blimey!

Quail: Are you really taking pictures of me eat?

MsWildiful: but It's your first time eating fish!

Quail: Well, that was super tasty and makes me feel so strong I could flip!
MsWildiful: Careful, don't get sea-sick from that sea-food!

Quail: I could do some nip!

MsWildiful: Sorry you're a bit too young for catnip
Quail: noooooo

I think the fish is making her a wee bit crazy, she's off her trolley now... it's changed her XD

I love her! The animation type pics are so cool! You can almost picture her running and tumbling along lol. Catnip would’ve been fun! XD

Quail is so sweet oh my goodness, I just wanna give her a hug! <3 I love seeing her personality come out :3 I have to say, I love that bandanna on her too XD Isn't the dressing themselves up thing so neat? I only found out about it because of this group too XD

Awww, I'm glad you guys like Quail so much

Age 21 on Brainslider. 10 weeks old.

I let her have some more prime quality meat to eat.

Quail: Ooo, A beefy breakfast! why, it's nice to meat you! om nom nom

Quail stares at the bone

Quail: Why, what have I done?

MsWildiful: It's the cirlce of life.

I offered Quail a soft plush pillow to lay on, she sorta liked it

Quail: Oooo, what's this? it's so soft, and bouncy!

MsWildiful: But it's better for naps then it is for jumping on!

Quail: Weeeeee! it's springy

Maybe she'd prefer a roll of carpet better

Quail: Oh my, is this one of those wonderful magic carpets? I can already feel myself gaining special

wizardy powers!

MsWildiful: It's just an average- wait, wizardy powers?! whaaaat

Quail: I feel so empowered, I'm flying!

She certainly has a big imagination

MsWildiful: Let's try some Frisbee

Quail: That peculiar disc shaped thing? what does it do? it just flies around everywhere like a barmy bird

MsWildiful: You're supposed to catch it!

Quail: Arf, I missed it! and it nearly flew into me, what crazy person invented a frisbee?

MsWildiful: A crazy fun person!

Quail: Yay! I caught it, mum! yippeee

MsWildiful: Good girl!

Quail caught it a couple more times, glad to see she's finally starting to take more interest in catching Frisbees,

and it's bringing out the Labrador in her, I hear they have good Frisbee catching abilities.

Quail: YOOF, I missed it again! Buggery, oh nooooo, get in my mouth.

Quail: I'm thirsty from all of that rapid frisbee action, may I please have some thirst quenching water?

MsWildiful: Of course! Matter a fact I haven't noticed you drinking any water before, are you okay? are you

secretly part camel or something? nevermind, just drink! Hydrate!

Quail: Ahh, cool water! that was grrrreat.

MsWildiful: Don't run with water! silly

I know she's a bit young but I've decided it's a good time for a temperament test I can't for the life of me remember where I found this but it's a nice way to test your pet'z temperament.

Food Possession: A little bit, twice she let me take the meat from her and once she was possessive I made sure she ate her fill first so she wouldn't be hangry lol

Quail: Grrrr, don't take my meat!

MsWildiful: But you already ate!

Toy Possession: A little, she only wouldn't  give me the ball of yarn once out of four times of taking it from her, so far she's pretty sweet and mellow. Once she let me have it and did a fun roll! awww

Quail: Sure you can have the ball of yarn, I'll just roll like a ball of yarn weeee!

Okay with cats: Yes, I introduced her to my show cat moggie Squirrel, Squirrel seemed pleased to meet Quail and first she was fond of him but then jealous when she had angry eyes, they didn't play but they didn't fight. They were good!

Quail: Grrrrr, what's that filthy oversized squirrel doing here?

MsWildiful: How'd you guess his name? he's my kitty, he's well groomed and you two are both named after woodland critters and I expect you guys to get along.

Obedience: Came after the first try!

Posing: Posed after a couple clicks, wasn't afraid

Quail: This is my good side, fancy enough?

MsWildiful: Both sides are your good side!

Fearfulness.. Oh boy, Quail's weakness
Jack o' lantern: Slightly spooked, but mostly brave!

Quail: muuuum, this pumpkin is laughing! what's wrong with it?

Fish bowl: Perfectly cool with it, she carried it around

Quail: A fish! Can we eat it?

MsWildiful: No, this is a goldfish, it's our friend!

Quail: Tell that to my mouth

MsWildiful: Nooo!

Quail: Just kidding, muhahaha

Watering Can: Enjoyed it. I know she looks scared in a couple of photos but she was liking it

Quail: Ahhh it's like a delightful shower under a waterfall!

Frisbee: We already know she's quite fond of Frisbee!

Intelligence:
Treat ball: Well I had a basket based treat ball in my game but for some reason I can't put a treat in it to see if she will bat it out but ah, it's okay. I'll do it some other day So in general I think she did pretty well on her Temperament test so hopefully she does good next time I test her when she's fully mature <3
