Time to see my sweet delightful little Quail again, I would have sooner but life got in the way again (grrrr, hospital visits)
but I'm grateful to be well again and able to see and play with my petz
I got Quail to come out and see me, she was just the fun furry frenzy I remember! energetic and vibrant, she was so zestful
and happy to see me as she danced and glittered around and rolled out her tongue
then she ran around with the starball
Quail: I'm so happy to see you! I'm going to shine like a shooting star
MsWildiful: Yay! You go girl
She didn't appear to have much of an appetite at first so I brought her out to the playpen with a few new toyz.
A weighted wooden toy, a floppy bunny, an octopus, and a towel! That should get the appetite flowing
Quail was frisky as she frolicked around, crinkling the tin foil toy in her mouth, and happily tackling the octopus with a sweet
smile of appreciation.
Quail: What on earth am I suppose to do with this?
MsWildiful: It's suppose to strike your curiosity and whimsical nature
Quail: What does that even mean? it's a piece of wood
MsWildiful: It's just an interesting piece of enrichment to encourage that growing apetite of yours
Quail: oh, ok. Smells like paint? and it's really heavy
Quail looked sort of puzzled and had no idea why I gave her this
MsWildiful: It's fresh wood, and you carry it for exercise!
Quail: But mum I'm a dog, just because you carry a weight while you walk for exercise doesn't mean you should
enslave your petz to do it
This is getting so off topic lol lol
MsWildiful: *rolls eyes. Have fun!
Quail managed to carry the wooden weight for a few steps, and even ran around with it, like a cute little pack puppy
Quail: This is quite a fun challenge carrying the weight
MsWildiful: aww, see what I mean? Work those jaw muscles, now someday you'll have a bite force like a hyena!
Quail: Grrrr, I could become a police dog! I'm gonna be able to bite everyone
MsWildiful: Uhhh no don't bite everyone xD
Quail: Rawwwrr
Quail furiously wiggles around on the floor shaking the weight
hahaha, She's so... different, and unique, and silly just like me, I love her XP
She also seemed to enjoy the towel, looking at it quite playfully and delightfully! she carried it around and I wiped her with the towel,
it seemed to fuel her healthy supply of creativity and liveliness like it should New toyz always do the trick, fills her heart with
wonder.
Quail: It's so soft and plush! it's like a fun blanket
MsWildiful: Let's bring out Acadia, but make sure to play nice with your sister!
Quail: Hooray!
Friendliness and playful nature shined in Quail's cotton candy pink eyes, and I couldn't wait to begin socializing her today.
Acadia: Hellooo Quail, whatcha got there?
Quail: My wooden weight, we can carry it around and become stronger! let's be muscular pups.
The two nicely scuffled and exchanged amiable affectionate glances. Acadia chose to eat some tasty leftovers.
Then I put them away so I could bring out Duncan
to eat in peace.
Duncan: What's up? certainly not my hunger slider so can I have some grub?
MsWildiful: Yes, foods!
Duncan decided to eat the vitamin D rich fish and he slurped it down.
Duncan: Uh, I think I ate too much fish!
Duncan held his belly
Duncan: But maybe you can never eat too much fish, I'm immune to overeating! my stomach is a black hole!
Not sure that's how it works lol
Now let's take out Quail so she can be with Duncan...
Duncan: Ah yes, here comes Queen Quail, let's hope she doesn't flap her feathers in my face *Sarcasm

MsWildiful: You guys get along, you're more similar than you think. Sisi ni sawa means We are the Same in swahili, so keep
that in mind... (The Lion Guard reference lol)
Duncan bounded out and snacked on some meat, the two tolerated each other
Quail: Hey, he's almost as big as me now! grrrr
Quail and Duncan didn't play together at first, but they did look at each other with sibling rivarly angry eyes, but I think they've let it
go, they're not harassing each other so that's nice they do like having staring contests... and when I took some photos
they both were posing right next to each-other like the showoffs they are xP
