An Unexpected Guest....

We were hanging out inside.... waiting for Olivia's kitten to arrive... when all of a sudden I heard a little puppy outside. I walked out and a cute little orange and cream puppy came bounding over to me. He immediately flung himself into my lap and licked at my face. A little bundle full of energy. Where did he come from?

I decided to call him Flash... because he was here in a Flash.

Vida was first to meet him.

Vida- Why hello there... Where did you come from?

Flash just looked up at the big dog...

Vida- This is the nursery, those beds are for Olivia and her kitten when it arrives.

Vida- *Growls* Are you even listening? Quit messing up the nursery, that's Olivia's.

Vida- If you need a place to nap, THIS is our bed. You can sleep on it.

Flash- .....

Flash- *Waits for Vida to wake up*

Vida hasn't completely accepted the small pup yet.

Milo and Oliva came in. They immediately noticed the small pup.

Olivia- Where do you think he came from?

Milo- No idea...

Milo pounced on Vida waking her up.

Milo- Vida, Wake up!

Vida- Surprised, she bounded up. What!? Is the kitten here!?

Milo- Who is this pup?

Olivia- Where did he come from?

Vida- Oh.... him. I have no idea, he just showed up.

Flash- *Growls*

Milo- ... I don't think he likes cats...

Olivia- Vida, you better get him out of here. He's your responsibility now. You know I have a kitten on the way and can't have this stress.

Flash- *Growls*

Milo- Now would be a good time Vida...

Vida- Why is he my responsibility? I didn't bring him here. I want to be here for Olivia.

Olivia- I know you want to help Vida, but it'd be a big help if you take him somewhere else so he doesn't try to eat our new kitten.

Vida- *Sigh* I guess your right. What should I do with him?

Milo- How about you take him to the toy closet or backyard to find something to keep him busy?

Olivia- Oh! I felt something!

So... no idea what I'm going to do with the little bugger. Guess he's just going to be sticking around till I figure it out. He is cute though <3

Olivia- Vida, you better get him out of here. He's your responsibility now. You know I have a kitten on the way and can't have this stress.

I was having some one on one time with Vida when Flash decided he wanted to come out and play too....

Vida was not happy about sharing her one on one time with this newcomer.

She decided to take a nap while waiting for him to wake up.

Flash rolled closer...

I took them out to the backyard to play some frisbee. They both fell asleep again. Flash lays close by, slowly working his way into her heart.

Vida woke up and caught a mouse.

She was pretty happy with herself.

Vida fell asleep and Flash came and lay closer to her.

Vida was not impressed.

Vida caught a frisbee!

Flash was blown away that that was possible.

If Vida could do it, so could he!

Caught another one!

They both missed...

Woot!

Flash caught the boomarang!

Flash licked Vida and instantly melted her heart.
