 1 entry per person Show closes at 5 entries Profile-head "Dane" poses, camera-facing "Dali" poses, and both types of Poodle pose are ALL accepted (now's your chance to get some points on those poodles!) Right-facing poses only Any age welcome All breeds, hexes, hybrids, and species are welcome as long as it is based on a  PRIZES Standard pose show points awarded for placements BIS-HM Rack up Summer Olympics points! I'll make Graphic awards for this show since it's my first one here! HOW I JUDGE DOGZ POSES I'll try to judge every pet's pose to the best of its own ability. I look for A) alignment that is as parallel to the camera as possible, which can mean aligned by the front legs Or by the back legs / in dane poses that it is more important for the opposite ear and eye to be lined up than for them to be hidden, and B) that it is the highest breathing point in the pose action. Your goal should be the best looking and most balanced pose for your particular pet.
Commander has a guide for Poodle poses here! All breeds and shapes welcome as long as it has Poodle personality. I'll be looking for A) alignment parallel to the camera just like in normal poses, B) fairly level body/head position, and C) pleasing expression (i.e. avoiding visibly angry eyelids). |

Yay thank you for 1st! Shortbread is my underdog right now because she's a Dali face with a Dachi personality which makes it hard to get the dali face looking right, but she threw a lovely Dane pose :D
