Caught: 1!!!!!! (and after acting like he didn't care one bit)
(he also has to wait for me to throw it before he'll even bother)



But in fact, Hot Chocolate is a little flying disk star! I noticed his aptitude one day by accident while I was in the snow scene!





And here's him being so adorable-- he waits patiently for me to throw the flying disk--

awww my heart melts


And he's just the best cat I could ask for <3 Thank you Koda !











Alright it seems like Thor's Team Catz is doing better than Thor's Team Dogz.

2 Minute Cat Dancer Challenge

I'm not kathleen so my challenge was to try to get the cat dancer pom pom off.

Lemme show ya'll how it's done.




Step 1: Get a pet interested in the cat dancer pom pom.


Watch as Roland masterfully misses catching it.
Also Hot Chocolate and Allspice literally just wrestle for the entire 2 minutes.






Step 2: Have your pet drag the pom pom around the house to stress kathleen out.









Step 3: Get another pet interested in the cat dancer.









Step 4: Have the two petz play fetch with one another-- as one grabs the cat dancer and the other one chases the pom pom.

(yes Allspice and Hot Chocolate are still just wrestling)








Step 5: The petz trade-- the pet grabs on the pom pom while the other pet chases after the cat dancer.









Step 6: Profit .... ???







Done.

Playdate

Bonbon is the newest member of Team Thor from Ratqueen -- she's a bundle of totes adorable and I love her <3



Bonbon is the result of Ratqueen 's Winter Olympics team members, Demoiselle and Labooboo, being a bit more than just team mates one day...


Demoiselle is trying her best to be a mom to her kids. She always had an judging glare-- honestly she reminds me a lot of my own mom who'd often give us that stare (and my mom has fluffy brown hair so it's just too funny the resemblance).





Labooboo was a really chill dad. He didn't glare as much (even tho he and Demoiselle share the poodle personality). He didn't parent as much either so I guess he's the "cool, chill dad".



There were a few littermates that were offered up on Ratqueen 's PUGs shop and I'm not sure where they went-- but Amanda adopted one!


Damselfly inherited the Labrador side from her dad. She's so pretty (Amanda did a cute little brexing job and I'm in love!!). She was really fun to play with one-on-one-- a very cute little goofy Lab personality <3 I believe Damselfly was named after her mom-- because "demoiselle" is a type of or word for (??) "damselfly".

Bonbon has a similar name to her father-- Labooboo haha!



I asked Ratqueen and Amanda if they'd like to have a small family reunion at Thor's house for my Winter Olympics playdate (that I kept putting off wanting to do 💦💦) so I'm grateful they agreed :)



So we had to decorate our Family Room a bit! Umm... Bonbon..... helped?


(she didn't-- she kept stealing the flowers I wanted to put in the vase)




I decided to introduce the two sisters first! I thought they'd be so happy to see each other but....



They were not....

Damselfly hated Bonbon :(


The parents joined the room at this point and this kind of sums up how everyone felt.



Demoiselle (mom) worried about her baby (Bonbon), Damselfly barking and growling at Bonbon. And Labooboo (dad) mostly just sitting and chilling in the playscene.




Mom senses noticing her daughter from across the room bullying the other daughter:

That is the glare a mom makes. But Damselfly didn't notice it.

So she got smacked by mom 😂

Since I live in Sunny California and there's no snow here-- we went to the beach! It's about 75F today so :) perfect beach weather!





Except mom and dad instantly fell asleep..... which let Damselfly bully Bonbon....






Demoiselle got up, moved closer to Labooboo and then fell back asleep 🥺 it was so cute....




But poor Bonbon was being harassed still!



And chased....






Finally mom woke up....


Demoiselle: "What's wrong sweetie?"
Damselfly threatens Bonbon to silence 😂 a classic "you better not tell mom.... or I'll hurt you!"







But mom always knows.....



And of course, dad is just sleeping the entire time.
He really doesn't know how to deal with all these women in his life.



Anyway it was a funny as heck reunion! I was very entertained. Bonbon was really sad when I put Damselfly away tho 💔 poor Bonbon wanted a sister to love her...

Maybe Damselfly is jealous since Bonbon looks like mom and dad? Maybe mom secretly loves Bonbon more? Who knows. Either way I had had a good time :) Thanks for sending them!

I literally burst out laughing when I got to this part! I felt so sorry for poor Bonbon, but it was really funny at the same time! I can't believe the two parents kept sleeping throughout!!

I'm also surprised to see Demoiselle so glary, and Labooboo so passive (he's usually the life of the party, acting like a pup!) It seems they truly have embrassed their parental roles!

Re-introduce Your Petz

Let's discuss the relationships found on Team Thor. At least some of them anyway.

I don't think they are best friends-- they seem to have this weird relationship where neither really wants to admit to the other that they actually care for each other. They kind of remind me of Bert and Ernie-- just a couple of goofy & angry pals.

Nibbles is also a really huge brat sometimes.

This is literally all they ever want to do-- just wrestle each other all day long!!! 🤣

They are super cute together tho!
