Sorry I haven't updated this thread in a long time, but finally a little update!

       

Skittledy has gotten so much bigger! Wow! I didn't expect him to grow so much! I think he might be full grown now, although being an unknown creature, it's hard to tell for sure.

Skittledy eats a wide variety of food. He seems to like everything. At least he's not a picky eater! XD

       

He's still very silly and playful though.

Temble has grown too, but I don't think he's full grown yet. It's hard to tell but it seems like he's still growing every day.

   

Skittledy and Temble really enjoy playing together.

   

They wrestle each other.

And sing together in their odd funny voices.

And sometimes they pounce on each other playfully.

And I discovered something interesting...

Skittledy's son, Nadir, has grown quite a bit too.

But, now that I can see him better, I realize that he has eyes on the tips of his ears!

  

This is quite strange. And what looks like his eyes, in the place where a normal kitten's eyes would be, are just blank vestigial globes. He does not seem to see out of them, but sees very well with the tiny eyes at the tips of his ears.

   

This gives a clue as to how Skittledy sees. Perhaps what looks like just colorful globes at the top of antennae on his head are really some strange kind of eyes! I've done several tests and I can conclusively say that both Skittledy and Nadir can see very well, despite how strange their eyes may be. This is quite interesting!
