I'm going to prettify this thread later but for now... my team! I hard a really hard time choosing and I hope some of my other pets can make cameo appearances from time to time  First up, the team captain: Raffles! I chose him because he's one of my oldest dogs and I always play with him a lot. Next, this dog! She doesn't have a name yet. I got her on TFM and she cracks me up. I picked her because I wanted to give a chance to dogs I don't usually get to show much. I also figure we might be doing tricks down the line and picking a more established dog (like Jonas, who I've already trained) wouldn't be as fun. On the cat end up things, we've got Scrampus! And Ragtag. I bred her myself! 🌞Challenges🌞 Gameplay: 1. Introduce your team! Write a post about your pet(z) that are going to participate.2. Show your team spirit-- Dress your pet up in team colors.3. Have fun at the beach!4. Decorate your home to show your team spirit. 5. Invite other petz and host a playdate at your house.6. Get the catnip out and see how your pet reacts to it.7. Find your pet a friend (or maybe a rivalry).8. Grow a garden with your pet helping (or hurting).9. Make a photo of your pet for the photo frame. Writing & Graphics: 10. Update your Petzy website or another equivalent that you use (e.g. a Showroom).11. Make a new avatar & signature.12. Make a new playscene or playpen wallpaper. 13. Make some new stamps, trading cards, or other collectible graphics. 14. Write a story about/with your pet.15. Draw a relationship chart/diagram of all your petz and their relationships.Training: 16. How many flyball jumps were completed in 1 minute.17. How many frisbee catches were complete in 1 minute.18. How many times can your pet fetch the ball and bring it back in 1 minute.19. How many tricks does your pet knows.20. Join a titled pose show (such as on forums or PKC).21. Join a titled trial show (such as tricks, flying disk, or PKC trials/petz citizen).22. Host a titled pose show on DG. 23. Challenge #2 is dressing up petz in the team's colour! I'm guessing that for Sunshine it's yellow, so:  I let the dogs dress themselves! The cats were allowed to pick out clothes, too, they just didn't care.  Ragtag is coughing up a hairball, but it looks like she's mourning her lost dignity.  Next up, I took them to the toy closet so they could play together, thinking it would foster some real team spirit. Instead, there was DRAMA. At least Scrampus slept through it all.  Bonus picture of Scrampus being cute. <3 omg I love that TFM dog. I almost bid on her but I got distracted. Your entire team is amazing! Scrampus is big mood. I'm sorry you forgot to bid on her! I hope you manage to get a sibling or something if sexpotlida puts up any on there. I usually try to avoid bidding wars but I went all out to get her. <3 I love Scrampus, she's so tiny and GOTH. |

I hope it's ok to do challenges out of order! Today I decided to do a lighter challenge:
#8, growing a garden with your pets The main participants in this challenge were Raffles and the unnamed dog (please please feel free to suggest names for her). I initially had Ragtag and Scrampus out too, except Ragtag kept getting under the watering can. When I accidentally watered Scrampus as well, I decided enough was enough. I used PetzA to lower their neglect and sent them back inside. It was funny at first, but I just started getting annoyed. xD
Raffles, as always, LOVES the watering can.
This was my first time gardening with her and she seems to like the watering can too, though not as much as Raffles does.
I was going to for a summery garden with sunflowers and tropical flowers (and some daisies I already had there) but it ended up being a mess, because they were all moving the seeds around from the start. There goes my carefully arranged pattern!

#7: Finding a friend (or rival)!
This is Ragtag. She looks very cute. You'd never guess this adorable creature would have any issues making friends, but she does. She's got 99 problems and anger issues are all of them.
I decided to find her a friend.
First stop: the island. I thought a relaxing vacation on a tropical beach might be relaxing. I was wrong. She fought the host, complete with lots of angry noises. It was intense enough that they both fell backwards when they stopped fighting.
Maybe she just doesn't like a beach setting. Maybe a snowy ski trip would be more her speed. When she wasn't trying to chew snow balls, she did at least generally tolerate the other cat, and they wrestled in what I hope was a playful manner. Still, she's got a short fuse and got annoyed after a while.
Maybe introducing her to someone closer to home would help. That dog is Aborb, a new crew member! Ragtag was not happy about having to share her toys with this newcomer. He (fortunately) kept a safe distance, so things weren't too rough.
I decided to introduce her to this new kitty, who I haven't named yet. She mostly ignored said kitty, though at some point they actually played. They did get along reasonably well during most of the time, which is better than nothing!
I figured that if anyone could melt Ragtag's heart and show her the value of friendship, it would be Ladybug the Corgi. She's my friendliest pet and always very cheerful. As you can see from the picture above, her interactions with Ragtag quickly became something less-than-cheerful. This was the first time I heard her growling. xD
Meanwhile, this dog is one of my favourites. They've met before but they haven't interacted one-on-one very much. He's very, very chill and this time was no different. He didn't seem to be at all upset by Ragtag's threatening looks. He even tackled her and kissed her face! Unfortunately, his feeling that Ragtag is adorable seems to be entirely one-sided.
I should note that with most of them, she did a little happy dance when I sent them back inside. Way harsh, Ragtag.
More promising: Caro. They seemed to get along reasonably well! They played! Caro clearly listened to Ragtag's troubles!
Sure, it didn't stop Ragtag from angrily chasing Caro after a while. The good news is that she made a sad look when I sent Caro inside. Could this turn into a friendship? Maybe. I'm cautiously hopeful.

Challenge #6: Catnip
This challenge brought to you by:
I was going to use a more expressive gif but don't want to be banned if catnip gifs are against the rules.
My doggs seem to be way less interest in catnip than the cats, so I decided to start with the latter.
Ragtag's initial reaction to the catnip plant was one of general hostility (of course).
Fortunately, I made some catnip treats a while back, and they were happier with them. Scrampus, in particular, was very happy.
For once, Ragtag was very clearly play fighting instead of actually fighting!
She started to fall asleep while holding the cheese. xD
Next up, the dogs. I almost skipped them due to their lack of interest in the catnip plant, but then I remembered the treats and figured they might encourage them to eat the plant.
"Bro, have you ever looked at the ceiling? Like really looked at the ceiling?"
Just as I was about to send them inside, Raffles got into the catnip again.
I'm in love with this picture.
I may be slower in posting over the next few days but remember, kids: don't do catnip!

I just realised I never got around to posting this, so without further ado... #3: "fun" at the beach To celebrate Scrampus's victory, I decided to throw a beach party for the whole team. It was fun, if by "fun" you mean dramatic and chaotic and surprisingly tiring. Ragtag was definitely not pleased by the whole situation. She doesn't believe in parties. She spent a lot of time just screaming and hissing at everyone. Weirdly long dog! The ones who seemed to enjoy themselves the most were Raffles and Scrampus. Here they are, wrestling while looking very sleepy. Hilariously, she kept knocking him over. Besides taking naps in the sun (she spent a lot of time napping) and running around, Scrampus also had a scary experience when a wave touched her paws. SO SCARY. Fortunately, she was able to run away to safety. Bonus picture of Scrampus with a shell she decided to be territorial about.

The catnip challenge was definitely my favourite, it was hard to not spam the whole thread with pictures from it. It's not illegal where I am, either, I just wasn't sure if it would be against proboards' rules or something. xD
