Meer is Back! And Raising New Petz!

Aww <3 Your two newbies are adorable! I love that you're raising Jacky from age 6 <3 I really love Lupin, so unique! Him and Rhyme are so cute together, looks like a possible love interest? I would love to see what their kittens would look like.

Looks like they all had a great time with the cat nip!

Thanks! Yeah I like to raise petz from that young on occasion, cuz they're so cute when they are that small! Thanks, Lupin is really cool looking. I wish there was a possible love interest there, but they are both boys. Too bad, they might make cute kittens! I ended up with more males than females in this group, both catz and dogz. Which means there are limited potential love interests. But their are a few, and I look forward to finding out who my girls fall in love with.

Hehe, yes they did! I love watching petz be catnipped, it's so funny. XD

Sorry updates have been a bit slow, but hopefully more updates will come soon!

Oh no!  Sorry for double posting.  >.<

This update was actually from yesterday, but I didn't get everything finished before I had to sleep.

The pups and kittens are all adults today! They still look like such babies. I got Seishin, Ryoshi, Khodi, and Chilly all out together to play. Ryoshi and Khodi do not get along, but when they are all out in a group like this, Ryoshi is usually too distracted to bark at Khodi.

 

It was a rambunctious scene.

 

And then I noticed Seishin making lovey eyes with Khodi.

But then just a little bit later she was doing the same thing with Ryoshi. Which one will she ultimately choose? I can't wait to find out! I made sure that I had the Surprise Dalmatian file in my game in case she does get pregnant, so she can pass on her cool markings and fluffy tail.

For a while they were just all playing together. Although occasionally Ryoshi barked and growled at Khodi. I picked him up and let him dangle for a moment to get him to stop. It usually worked.

Then Seishin and Ryoshi made eyes at each other for a while, making those cute loving noises.

Then Seishin licked Ryoshi, it was very sweet.  But sadly I missed getting a picture of that.

After a little while, it happened!

Seishin is going to have puppies! And Ryoshi is the father! They are still so young, but will soon have a family to raise. Let's hope they are mature enough to do a good job.

Seishin is waddling around already with puppy fat. Then she and Khodi took a short nap.

Then I let Seishin and Ryoshi have some alone time together. They have a lot to talk about. I can't wait to see what the puppies look like!

They played together for a while, even tossed a ball back and forth on their noses. (Unfortunately I only got Ryoshi in the shot)

When I threw the Frisbee, Seishin caught it! Carrying puppies hasn't slowed her down.

  

But then Ryoshi was getting tired, while Seishin still had plenty of energy. So I put Seishin away so Ryoshi could get some rest. I knew that would make him sad, so I petted him for a bit to make him feel better. Then I took him inside to sleep.

     

He had a good nap, and when he woke up he was very hungry, so I fed him.

Then I fed Seishin too. And gave her some treats as well. She needs to eat well now, she's eating for two. Or three, four, or five! I wonder how many puppies she will have? Petz 5 has it's issues, but it is fun having more than one baby at a time.

    

Next I brought out Lupin and Scrap to see how they'd get along. At first they seemed neutral about each other. They didn't interact much, but did wrestle a few times. Then all of the sudden they had an argument, and decided they hated each other. They got in a cat fight before I could separate them.

    

Lupin was very happy when Scrap went away.

Next I brought out best buds Riot and Rhyme. They seemed more interested in each other than with Lupin, but there were no fights.

Riot and Rhyme sang together, which is so adorable!

Lupin seemed obsessed with batting around the cream pillow.

There was a lot of wrestling between the three.

When I didn't move the cursor for a while Riot got upset and started yowling. When I moved it again he was quite happy.

Lupin needed to eat, so I put Rhyme and Riot away. Lupin got very sad when Riot left, so I guess he really likes him.

Lupin seemed very happy with his food, he bounced up and down while eating it.

     

Then I brought out Feather, and she really hit it off with Lupin. They bounced up and down and danced around each other. They made fast friends! I think it would be cool if they fell in love, I bet they would have very interesting kittens! They are both bred with such cool files from Cargo. But Feather's file isn't available for download yet. I hope it becomes available soon. I would really like to use it if Feather falls in love so her kittens will have her same cool looks and stripe patterns.

Lupin and Feather played for a while, but then for some reason Feather went back inside the door. This made Lupin very sad again, he really likes her.

Jacky is age 12 now. She's old enough to transition to a completely solid diet. But I let her have the bottle one last time cuz she really likes it.

Then she played with a piece of cheese before she ate it.

She found some clover I just planted in the back yard, and she seemed to really like nibbling on it. She ate a lot of it. It's good she is enjoying solid foods more now.

She plays with this frisbee quite a lot. Could it possibly be her favorite toy? I'm not sure, but she seems to like it.

I brought out Rhyme to see if they would get along, They wrestled a bit, and I got this funny picture of them.

But then suddenly Rhyme the bravest Oshie wasn't so brave anymore, and got scared by a little bunny.

Remember Samson the Pig? Who took part in the experiments to see what kind of things Pigz will eat. Well he is full grown now.

     

I decided to bring him out, and he and Jacky really hit it off!

Jacky licked Samson. Awww! Samson really liked it.

     

They look really funny playing together since Jacky is so small and Samson is a big pig.

But then Jacky was tired and fell asleep. Samson watched over her.

Then he laid down and slept next to her until she woke up.

Samson returned the favor and licked Jacky!

     

Jacky ate more clover while Samson ate a tennis ball!  They had a lot of fun playing together.

Awww oh my gosh <3 What an adorable update!

I am super excited to see Seishin and Ryoshi's puppies! I wonder how many they will have! I bet they turn out super cute.

Lupin & Feather are absolutely adorable together. They really would make cute kittens too <3

Jacky is getting so big already! Sampson the pig is super cute <3 I absolutely love him. Looks like him and Jacky really hit it off and have a good relationship going already. I love seeing friendships develop!

Love all of the pictures and everything, you always make them look so good!

Good news! Seishin had her puppies!


Seishin and Ryoshi are now the proud parents of three adorable puppies.

The Surprise Dali file really lived up to it's name, these puppies were quite the surprise, they look nothing like their parents! But they are cute!

First we have the only girl, Sakura no Hana, Sakura for short. It means Cherry Blossom. She is a pretty orange and white. Then we have the first boy, Yama, which means Mountain. He has a nice brindle coat and chi ears. And last, the second boy, Sandā, which means Thunder. He is a hansom black and white with a little orange on his paw. All the puppies have bob tails, I wasn't expecting that either!

I gave them Japanese names since their parents both have Japanese names.

Seishin seemed very interested in her puppies.


She nursed Sandā right away.

She then gave him a bath.

She is a very attentive mother. I wanted to feed her cuz as usual she got very skinny after giving birth, and I wanted to get her back into shape. But I couldn't keep her focused on the food. She'd take a bite and then go stare at her puppies. So it took quite a while for her to finish eating. Then I gave her some treats to help her put on a little more weight. She at least was more interested in the treats than the regular food.

After giving the puppies some time alone with their mother to bond, I let Ryoshi out to meet his puppies.  He seemed quite interested in his progeny.

After all that, Seishin settled down to sleep with her newborns.

Sorry that I haven't updated in a while and that this is just a short one, but hopefully more will follow, and we will watch these new puppies grow up!

Awww omg! What adorable puppies <3 I love that they all have bobtails too, so cute! Looks like Seishin is being a great mother already. I wish mothers could interact with all of their puppies in p5 instead of just one. I always feel bad for the others that don't get to nurse and such.

Thanks Amy! ^_^ At first I was disappointed that they didn't get their mother's long and fluffy tail, but now that they are growing and I can see them better, I realize just how cute their little bob tails are, and I love them! ^_^ I am going to have to fix those eyelids when they are old enough. I hate miss-matched eyelids. But that's okay, it's an easy fix. And it is the only brexing I will do to these guys, cuz they are otherwise perfect!

But yeah, I hate that Ubi Soft didn't bother to update the behavior when they made it so the petz could have more than one baby, so that they would pay attention to and nurse them all.  It really bugs me!

  

Seishin's puppies are growing. They are now old enough to open their eyes and walk around.


Remember we have:

Sakura is the only girl, but she seems to get along well with her brothers, so far.

Seishin still keeps a close eye on her pups.

The boys Sandā and Yama explore their new world by sniffing at everything, while their sister Sakura stays close to Mom.

Then their father comes to visit. Ryoshi at first doesn't seem to know what to do with these more active puppies.

Then he watches as Seishin nurses Sandā, while the other two sleep nearby.

Then Ryoshi gets more comfortable with his offspring.

Then Ryoshi wants to play, but the puppies are still too young to know what a play bow means.

And then he looks over his family, as Sakura yawns, Yama lies down and makes a funny face, and Sandā looks at his siblings.

Now both parents watch their children sleep.

When the puppies wake up, their father takes a nap. Apparently his young puppies wore him out.

After all that, everyone settles down for a nap.  Except for Sandā, who doesn't want to sleep just yet.

After seeing to the new puppies, I let out the best buds, Riot and Rhyme.

   

They schemed and decided to throw a party, inviting Feather and Lupin as well.

It wasn't long before the party got wild and the catnip came out, since Lupin is an adult now, they figured it was a good way to celebrate, hehe!

   

I'm afraid I took way too many pictures, but they kept doing the weirdest things!

Riot leaped in the air!

Rhyme jumped up and batted at the toy that Lupin was carrying around!

Riot ate more catnip with only one eye open.

Feather made a funny face.

They all looked out of it.

Feather did a back flip!

Rhyme stuck his tongue out.

Riot rolled on his back and flailed about!

   

Feather looked really out of it, and Rhyme rolled up in a ball.

I don't even know what's going on here!

Rhyme fell over, but the rest of them don't look that steady either.

Feather stuck out her tongue.

Now both Riot and Lupin are flailing around on their backs!

Riot is still flailing but Lupin is up and bouncing up and down.

A Good time was had by all! XD

I’m in awe you take the time to make the images shadow and remove white. Love your updates :)

Yeah, it can be time consuming doing all that, but I'm kinda OCD about it.  XD  But it's not too hard cuz my boyfriend made a program that makes all the white transparent, so all I have to do is add the shadow in Photoshop, which just takes a couple of clicks.  Still takes a while when I have a lot of pictures like this, especially dog images because their eyes are pure white so I have to fill them in.  But, the program my boyfriend made is linked to on my website, in the Take: Other Files page, if anybody would like to try it out, it's easy to use.
