Welcome! ∘˚˳°∘°  wip! Welcome to the Tavern! A cosy corner of DG where I will share stories and updates about select crew members (my Soda Squad!) from the Brewery.The Tavern is headed up by the Sodapup Elderflower, who greets you warmly and offers you a fizzy beverage. You're welcome to leave comments here or in any threads of the Tavern! Your petz are also welcome to visit the Tavern for a playdate! More info on that coming soon. This welcome thread will contain general information about the petz currently here in the Tavern and any relevant updates. ~~~ Who's chilling in the Tavern? 05/03/23Elderflower (female, adult) Elderflower has taken on two big responsibilities this year as the main mascot of the Brewery and now the head of the Tavern! Luckily, she is a very capable Sodapup who loves meeting new people & petz. Elderflower was bred using Carolyn's Creations' Blackdal file and was one of the first Sodapups and inspo for the concept of the Brewery. She's also an SGCh with the showname Gin's Bubbles, Bubbles Everywhere! Her profile in my showroom is here.

Tasty (male, adult) Tasty's puppy pic:  I adopted Tasty from the Whiskerwick 2022 Advent because I love collecting NIB dalis and I couldn't resist his ginger coat! (It's one of my favourites as you may be able to tell!) Tasty was bred by lemonadelyric and originated from Lyric's Cookie Dough Dali breeding project, hence Tasty is a Cookie Dough Dali! I love food and drink themed projects which makes Tasty even more special to me <3 I've had so much fun getting to know Tasty through natural raising and competing in the 2023 Winter Olympics! Tasty has also hit the rank of Supreme Grand Champion in forum showing, following in Elderflower's footsteps. Visit Tasty's thread here!
Show off with Tasty!Tizer (male, puppy) Sodapup Tizer was bred around the same time as Elderflower, making him one of the first Sodapups! He's been a quiet Brewery mascot having been lost in files for ages - now he's in the Tavern getting ready to achieve his Good Pet Citizen title! Visit Tizer's thread here!
Barnaby (male, puppy)bred by nebula ☃️  Barnaby was adopted from Nebula as part of a Dali exchange. His parents are Nebula's champs Yuki x Inigo and I was struck by his blue eyes, spotless coat and black ears. Like Tizer, Barnaby will be working towards his Good Pet Citizen title! o Tavern Bulletin Board o Updates from Gin's Tavern: January 31st 2023
o January o I got quite a few of my January tasks done, woo! Any incomplete tasks will be shifted over to next month. There are a couple of long term projects that I don't know when I'll get to ... I keep getting distracted by other things! But a February Bubble Journal post will be on the way soon with my goals for the new month. o WinOly o
This month, we participated in the DG Winter Olympics, representing Team Evergreen! The Tavern was bustling with the members of our team, including Defrost (centre) who was born mid-competition!: If you'd like to see how the team got on, our challenge thread is here. The team will be leaving the Tavern now that the games are over (except for Tasty), but they may pop in again some other time! Tasty, the first pup naturally raised at the Tavern, turned 100 and entered forum showing! I'd love to get Tasty his SGCh title in the next month, but my activity is sporadic and shows fill up quickly, so we'll see!! o Brewery Updates o Over at the Brewery, I added lots of new Soda Squad members - but this is only a small dent in the list of lovelies waiting to be added!! Small progress has also been made over on the Selfie Lid Dali project page - project pages have become one of my new favourite things, so I hope to add more to this in the coming month! o Upcoming o I'm excited for Valentine's! I'll be away for the beginning of the month, so I don't expect to get much petzing done, but I'd love to make a Valentine's themed bottle cap for my profile pic and a siggy too maybe ... we'll see. I also plan to add at least one more pup to the Tavern! I'm trying to decide if I want to stick with individual natural raising threads, or have a thread for Sodapups for example and another for Dalis ... decisions! Anyway keep an eye out for this little guy:  Barnaby, bred by Nebula!

o Tavern Bulletin Board o Updates from Gin's Tavern: February 26th 2023
 o February oFebruary has been a sleepy month here at the Tavern, as I've not had much chance to casually play. My main petz focus has been getting back into forum showing - but now that Tasty and some of my other favourite Dalis have their SGCh titles, I can focus on more Tavern plans and bring some new petzy faces in! I made good progress with my monthly tasks, but we'll have some roll over again into next month!
o Valentine's o
Valentine's is one of my favourite times in the petz community! <3 I adopted some lovelies from Rho & Bunni's Countdown and I received some wonderful cards from the WW exchange! I hexed some floofy jesters for the Countdown (pictured below) - at some point I need to make an orange one  I also won a delicious Donut Dali from Rebecca's raffle and they've featured on my siggy this month - her name is Jelly and she was a sweet treat in time for Valentine's! I'm obsessed with edible themes in petz - I'm sure Tasty would approve!

As I mentioned earlier, this month Tasty achieved his SGCh showing title and he's very chuffed about that, so chuffed that he opened a thread for show offs! Celebrate with Tasty!
o Upcoming o
I have several updates planned for the Brewery which has also been a bit neglected this month! So many ideas, so little time. Here at the Tavern, Tasty will take on a wee Dali protégé and Elderflower will welcome some more Sodapups on the scene! Sodapup Tizer with Tasty's new protégé Barnaby - you've seen Tizer before! But can you remember where?
I'm going to try not to adopt any new petz in March! No-dopt March xD I have so many crew members waiting to be added to my Soda Squad pages that I need to slow down with the adoptions! This upcoming month I want to adopt out more myself. Let's see how it goes! |

I have actually done custom music before but I have never had any issues with it. You could try renaming it as one of the original songs and remove the original song from the songz folder.
