Week Four: Day Twenty-Two!Prompt: Have your petz catch some mice! As I was trying to decide which cat to bring out for the prompt, Crime came through the door. She doesn't immediately seem like a 'mouser' candidate ... As an oshie, she does tend to be intimidated easily! However, it looks like the 'quiet ones' really do surprise ... because Crime is an excellent mouser. After awhile, Crime was done with mousing and took a break to sit on the couch.

Week Four: Day Twenty-Three! Prompt: Try to find petz that have the same birthday and let them play together. I didn't really think I would have two catz in my Hexed Catz crew with the same DOB, but as luck would have it ... Fryer (feature in a previous prompt) and Codex, a hexed persian from Amanda @ Cargo share a July 22nd, 2023 birthdate. I thought it would be fun to look-up other interesting historical events that happened on July 22nd ... so here's some notable 'headlines': Some of July 22nds were better than others.

Week Four: Day Twenty-Four!Prompt: Introduce a pet to a newborn. I didn't have any newborns in my game to introduce my petz to, but I really wanted to breed a litter from two catz who were recently bored after their moms were in stuck pregnancies for over 10 years. Here they are! The black cat is named Wrex and the orange & tan is named Dreamer. This is when I realized I had accidentally left in a hexed file. But, honestly, he looks kind of cool. I still had my hexed catz in my game, so I decided to introduce Oops to Fa'Diel, a calico I hexed in 2003. She wasn't sure what to think, but wasn't overly concerned. Then I brought out Honey, an Egyptian Mau, from Bunni @ Funfetti. She gazed at him for a bit before dancing away.

Week Four: Day Twenty-Five!Prompt: Make frame art of a pet and show them in game! So, I interpreted this to mean I should decorate with a frame (that contained some 'art' I had made). Since it was a long day at work, I used a loose definition of 'art.' First, the art. This is a photo of 1 00 cali mixes I batch bred after Oops was born & looked kind of fun. One of the calis was a fan and gazed at it for sometime. I took this opportunity to decorate the room with a few fun decorations; in addition to the picture. I think it looks really nice!

Week Four: Day Twenty-Six!Prompt: Have a meal in the kitchen. Skid, a Russian Blue from Nemo@360, was unimpressed with the selection in the fridge in the kitchen. He hopped onto the counter to see if it was more exciting up high. However, he was a fan of the bottle! The cheese, not so much. And the turkey dinner was a big hit!

Week Four: Day Twenty-Seven!Prompt: See if you can pet a pet to sleep. I grabbed Rudy, a persian hexed by Jena @ Rebellion, for this challenge. He only dozed for a moment, but it was pretty darn cute.

Week Four: Day Twenty-Eight!Prompt: Go for a swim at the beach! For this prompt I popped one of my non-inbred petz into my game. This is Jaskier, a dane from Mandi of Cargo (bred in 2008). We went to the beach first, but Jaskier didn't seem overly excited. So we went to the South Seas Island where Jaskier made a friend! He was much more excited to be at his particular beach --- there was a lot of running (and tripping), headstands, trotting, gazing at the sand & water, and more trotting. Eventually, he wandering into the water ... though I don't know if it would be considered a 'swim.'

Week Four: Day Twenty-Nine!Prompt: Make a snowman with a pet and go for a sleigh ride. For this prompt I grabbed a few of my non-inbred dogz. First, I grabbed Jaskier again. And then I picked Blackout, a dachie I bred in 2002. Unfortunately, my game kept crashing when I was in the Snow Scene, so I was only able to grab one cute screenshot before everything broke again. But my pups loved the host! I was also able to snap a couple of super cute photos of the boys wagging their tails at the same time.

Week Four: Day Thirty!Prompt: Find a treasure with your pet! For the last prompt, I decided to play with some of my Non-inbred mutts. First we have Gnome, from Audaxity. And I had to grab Franklin, an 8th NIB mutt all of from my own lines. Unfortunately, Franklin immediately did not like Gnome. And then Gnome decided he didn't like Franklin. The host was not enough to distract them when we went to the South Seas Island ... Franklin even got angry with the host! They continued to grump at each other when at the beach. So I put Gnome away and went to the Wild West with Franklin. He promptly took a nap. Then he had another nap at the Circus. At the Arabia scene, Gnome decided to take a nap as well. With all the anger and the napping, it's a surprise we found any treasure. But while at the South Seas island a doubloon washed ashore! I added it to the decorations in the Living Room. It's next to the cactus.
